Residential Move-In/Move-Out Clean

Whether you’re handing over the keys or starting fresh in a new space, our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning service ensures every corner shines. This deep, detailed clean goes beyond surface-level — we scrub, sanitize, and reset your home so it’s spotless and ready for its next chapter. Perfect for landlords, tenants, homeowners, or real estate agents who want that “like-new” feel.

Your two person cleaning team will:
All Rooms
- Wipe baseboards, floors, windowsills, doors, and light switches
- Spot clean walls
- Wipe all surfaces
- Clean inside and out of all closets
- Inside windows, mirrors, and glass streak-free
- Vacuumed and mop floors
- Garbage removed

Kitchen
- Clean cupboards and drawers inside/out
- Wipe countertops and backsplash
- Scrub sink and faucet
- Appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) cleaned inside/out

Bathrooms
- Disinfect toilet, tub, shower, and sink
- Polis Mirrors and fixtures
- Clean cabinets

Final Touches
- Check lights and remove garbage
- Leave space fresh, tidy, and move-in ready
- Vacuum carpets or mop floors

Pause the Mess is not responsible to move or dispose of any leftover items, unless discussed during booking. Additional costs will apply for removal or handling of items left behind.

4 Hour Cleaning

4 hrs··$300

Our 4-hour clean is designed for larger properties or homes that need a thorough top-to-bottom refresh. This service covers all main living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic zones to bring your space back to spotless.

Your two person cleaning team will:
- Deep clean surfaces, baseboards, and floors throughout the home
- Scrub and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Wipe walls, doors, and high-touch areas
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and ledges
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
- Tidy and reset main living spaces

This service is great for regular upkeep or pre/post-guest cleans.

3 Hour Cleaning

3 hrs··$225

Our 3-hour clean is ideal for medium sized homes needing a detailed refresh. It focuses on the most-used spaces to bring back shine, comfort, and cleanliness.

Your two person cleaning team will:
- Wipe and sanitize surfaces, doors, and high-touch areas
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms (sink, counters, tub, toilet, and fixtures)
- Dust furniture, ledges, and baseboards
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
- Tidy and reset main living areas

2 Hour Cleaning

2 hrs··$150

Our 2-hour clean is perfect for smaller homes, apartments and condos or light maintenance cleans. This service focuses on high-use areas to keep your space looking fresh and tidy between deeper cleans.

Your cleaning team will:
- Wipe and sanitize key surfaces and high-touch areas
- Clean kitchen counters, sinks, and bathrooms
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Remove garbage and reset main areas
